Solicitors from Bath, Bristol and across South West and Wales attended our annual Contentious Probate Update in Bath. The seminar was hosted by our Inheritance & Trusts Disputes team with St John’s Chambers and Mogers Drewett.
This ever popular seminar was attended by over 40 solicitors from a variety of specialisms ranging from Private Client and Probate to Dispute Resolution and Litigation.
Speakers from the two firms of solicitors and barristers chambers spoke on topics such as 1975 Act claims and case law updates, resolving contentious probate claims outside of court, challenging lifetime transactions and illegality in light of Patel v Mirza [2016] UKSC 42.
