  • acting for a firm of accountants in relation to a professional negligence claim against its IT provider following a data breach which resulted in substantial ransom payments to the cyber criminals to release and de-crypt their data;
  • acting for an individual in relation to the under-settlement of their claim by former solicitors as part of a group action arising from the failed purchase of overseas property;
