About Angela

Angela is a partner in the Property Disputes team in our London office. She is a Solicitor-Advocate with extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and contentious property matters.

Angela has a particular focus on issues arising out of development, including rights of light claims, party wall and boundary disputes, access/oversailing disputes and disputes relating to restrictive covenants.

Angela is experienced in all aspects of commercial and residential property litigation work. Her key focus is on neighbourly matters and development disputes, in particular:

  • rights of light
  • party walls
  • boundaries
  • adverse possession
  • restrictive covenants
  • rights of way
  • parking rights
  • access/oversailing disputes.

Part of Angela’s remit as a Solicitor-Advocate is to advise on landlord and tenant disputes.  She is highly experienced in resolving disputes through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including mediation.
