Our specialist asbestos claims team has been instructed by the family of the late Mrs Holt who sadly died from mesothelioma, an asbestos related cancer.

We are investigating how Mrs Holt may have come into contact with asbestos. Mrs Holt’s husband, Ian Holt, worked at Plessey’s site in Ilford between 1961 and 1989/90 as part of the Helicopter Sonar team. We are interested in speaking with anyone who worked at Plessey’s site in Ilford between approximately 1961 and 1989/90.

Mrs Holt’s family are appealing to anyone who worked for the company at or around the same time as Ian Holt to come forward to tell us what they remember about the work Ian Holt did and/or the work carried out by those on the Helicopter Sonar team more generally.
