Megan Webb

Megan is a Senior Paralegal in our Bath Residential Property, Farms and Estates team, and has been with the firm since 2018, having joined from a busy local conveyancing team.

Prior to her legal career Megan worked in estate agency having graduated in 2014 with a BSC (Hons) degree in Real Estate. Megan was now completed the Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice under our firm’s apprenticeship scheme and is now a Licensed Conveyancer, with over 7 years’ experience in the property sector.

Megan deals with:-

  • Leasehold sales and purchases
  • New build purchases
  • Unregistered properties
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Assents

She prides herself on providing a friendly client service, with excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills, to ensure each transaction is completed as efficiently as possible.

Outside of the office Megan enjoys days out with her little girl, cooking and weekend breaks to the coast!
