RWK Goodman announces new senior hire in Construction and Engineering team
Adam Clapp joins RWK Goodman as a Senior Associate in the dispute resolution division, with a focus on construction and engineering.
Adam specialises in high value multi-party professional negligence and contractual disputes arising in the construction and engineering industry, with a growing interest in renewable energy projects. He has represented both claimants’ and defendants’ pre-action and at all stages of litigation, predominantly in the High Court (TCC and Business and Property Courts).
Adam has extensive experience with mediation, various forms of alternative dispute resolution and advocacy. He joins from DAS Law where he headed up a team who undertook professional negligence and commercial litigation disputes. Adam will be based in RWK Goodman’s Bath office.
