About Megan

Megan joined as a conveyancing assistant in 2014 after working in a law firm in Bristol and completing her law degree and post graduate courses at Aberystwyth University. Having previously lived and worked in Royal Wootton Bassett and Swindon she has good knowledge of the local area.

In 2019 Megan qualified as a chartered legal executive and cross qualified to become a solicitor in April 2019. She deals with a wide variety of transactions including:

• New build purchases
• Help to Buy
• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity

Outside of work, Megan plays the flute in the Wiltshire Police Band and is a member of the band’s committee.
