Employee share schemes can be a great way to incentivise and retain talent within an organisation, often in a tax efficient manner. As part of the implementation strategy, we advise clients on the different incentive schemes available, the structure and performance triggers together with any amendments required to constitutional documents.

We work closely and collaboratively with clients’ tax advisers in relation to any advance clearances or post-completion reporting requirements to ensure an effective and compliant scheme or plan.
