How to generate long term sustainable outcomes with Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)
The pandemic has highlighted the need for companies to focus on how they make their money and the impact their activities have on our economy, society and environment. The relentless rise of environmental, social and governance issues means that companies are now scrambling to polish their ESG credentials.
In our latest Grey Matters webinar, we will be In conversation with… Jessica Ground, Global Head of ESG at Capital Group, who will be looking at why ESG matters at Capital Group and how they have integrated ESG into all aspects of their processes to generate better long term sustainable outcomes for their clients.
Jessica will also look at how GCs and in-house lawyers can overcome barriers to incorporating ESG into their business processes and highlight some of the findings from the 2021 Capital Group ESG Global Study.
This will be followed by a technical update by RWK Goodman Employment Partner Kate Benefer who will look at how to deliver on ESG through employment practices to develop a more sustainable business model.
