Webinar: Mandatory vaccination – what the DHSC guidance does and doesn’t tell you
The Department of Health & Social Care has today (20 January) issued guidance on vaccination as a condition of deployment in the wider care sector.
The guidance prescribes how the requirement for staff to be vaccinated is to be applied and enforced across the care sector, what exemptions are available and the process of applying for exemptions.
Our Health & Social Care team are pleased to invite you to our legal webinar where we will analyse the new guidance (what it does, and, importantly, doesn’t tell you) and provide practical guidance on how to implement the mandatory vaccination requirement to reduce legal risk.
