Dispute Resolution Partner Julie Killip joins RWK Goodman
RWK Goodman has further boosted its expertise in Dispute Resolution in the area of Insolvency with the appointment of Julie Killip as a Partner at its London office.
Julie joins from Ince and has over 35 years’ experience dealing with all areas of insolvency with a particular focus on contentious insolvency, banking and commercial litigation. Her work has also included partnership and shareholder disputes.
Julie has conducted large scale fraud actions for corporate clients, also as part of an insolvency procedure involving pre-action injunctions such as search and seize orders, disclosure orders and the tracing of assets on an international scale. She is a Member of R3, the trade association for the UK's insolvency and restructuring professionals.
