RWK Goodman appoints new senior hire in Employment team
Kirsty Swan joins RWK Goodman as a Senior Associate in the Bristol Employment team.
Qualifying in 2008, Kirsty is an experienced solicitor who joins from her own practice, Swan Craig Solicitors, where she served as the Principal Solicitor since 2015. She’s known for providing practical and understandable legal advice on all areas of employment law. Kirsty has ten years’ experience in Commercial law, which gives her vast experience drafting legal documents and contracts, dealing with pre-action and litigation, as well as advising business owners, senior leadership teams and HR professionals.
Kirsty can advise on all areas of employment law, from day to day matters such as disciplinary, grievances, sickness absence and performance to more in-depth issues such as redundancies, restructuring, TUPE, and whistleblowing. Kirsty also advises on restrictive covenant breaches for both employers and employees.
