RWK Goodman Advises Northamber plc on Acquisition of Tempura Group
RWK Goodman has advised, AIM quoted Northamber plc, a leading value-add AV & IT distributor, on the acquisition of the Tempura group, a value-add distributor of unified communications and collaboration solutions.
The transaction was led by Richard Pull, Partner in the Corporate team at RWK Goodman, with help from William Bartoli-Edwards, Hector Freyne, and Ken Wong.
Northamber aims to fortify its position within the technology solutions market and expand its business footprint across the UK and Europe through this strategic acquisition.
