Research reveals that 44% of UK employers are unprepared for the new steps to combat workplace sexual harassment
On 26 October, a new positive duty will apply for all employers to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment of employees in the course of their employment. There is no small employer exemption. The new regime falls under The Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023.
