Royds and RWK Goodman Commercial Dispute Resolution teams meet in Bath

It was an excellent opportunity for both teams to meet their future colleagues and the team training proved to be a useful session in which both teams learnt how the other team currently operates and engaged in an open discussion on current legal issues..  The legal topics  discussed were;  Third Party Funding/ATE, E-Disclosure, Third Parties (Rights Against Insurers) Act 2010, changes to court listings in the Bristol area and legal precedents.

Later in the day some members of the teams descended on Bath Racecourse for the evening racing where they enjoyed the hospitality and comfort of a box and buffet dinner.  The rainy weather failed to dampen spirits and many bets were placed, some gamblers had more luck than others and some were very lucky to have received handy tips from friends…not mentioning any names (Jon Sharp!)

It was an enjoyable day and Royds’ Commercial Dispute Resolution team looks forward to joining forces with RWK Goodman’s team!
