RWK Goodman names new Managing Partner and additional leadership changes

Top 100 law firm RWK Goodman has named a new Managing Partner and changes in several leadership positions across the firm.
From 1 July 2025, Paul Daniels will take over from current Managing Partner Graham Street, who has held the role since 2010 and guided the firm through a period of significant growth which has seen RWK Goodman establish itself as a UK top 100 firm.
Paul has been with the firm for more than 30 years and currently leads the firm’s Commercial division. He will begin his term looking to build upon the firm’s strong financial performance as well as further develop the firm’s commitment to ESG and the development of its people.
Paul said: “It is an honour to be chosen as the next Managing Partner of RWK Goodman. I’d like to thank Graham for his years of contribution leading the firm and overseeing its growth and development from a regional to national focus with international reach. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, we have an exciting opportunity ahead of us as a firm.
“It is one which allows us to further develop our place within the legal market across our core practice areas, but also further enhance the high level of service our clients have come to expect and build a business which is committed to doing so sustainably.”
Partner Vicky Hernandez will replace Paul as head of the firm’s Commercial division, while partners Dominic Whelan and James Worrall have been promoted to Business Unit Leads for Real Estate and Corporate respectively.
Graham will remain in a strategic position within the firm’s Private division, while partner Tracy Norris-Evans will continue to oversee the firm’s Injury practice.
Outgoing Managing Partner Graham Street said: “It’s been a privilege to lead the firm over the past 15 years, through some of the most significant societal and legal market challenges we’ve seen in recent generations.
“RWK Goodman is a fantastic firm which truly lives its values, and where people, clients and colleagues, really do matter. I’m incredibly proud of what we have achieved, and I am delighted for Paul, Vicky, Dominic and James on their promotions and that they have the opportunity to further build on the success we have achieved to date.
