RWK Goodman recruits team of five to join growing Compensation Protection Team

RWK Goodman has continued the growth of its Compensation Protection Unit, with the recruitment of Rob Thomas, Nadine Chattaway, Francesca Rowe-Weller, Stephanie Bailey and Callum Lima-Jones. The recruitment of the experienced team compliments the recent hire of Joy Davies as a partner in the Compensation Protection Unit whilst strengthening the CPU team nationally.
Rob Thomas is a Court appointed deputy and professional trustee and he, and his team, bring a wealth of experience in personal injury compensation protection working for vulnerable clients who have sustained life changing injuries. Rob has spoken at conferences, seminars and training days on issues around the Court of Protection, capacity and his in-depth experience of working with people suffering from brain injuries and their families.
Rob and his team take the time to understand a client’s requirements, liaising with expert contacts he and his team have built up over many years to give the client the best possible outcome and ongoing support, including supporting on purchasing and adapting property, as well as liaising with the financial advisor to invest what are typically multi-million-pound damages awards.
