RWK Goodman support Northamber on strategic acquisition
RWK Goodman has advised Northamber plc on its cross-border acquisition of audio-visual distributor Epatra.
The acquisition by AIM quoted Northamber extends its European expansion, building on the acquisition of Tempura Communications and its Netherlands business in April 2024. Epatra provides AV solutions and is headquartered in the Netherlands with additional business operations in Belgium and the acquisition aligns with Northamber’s strategic plans for profitable growth and increasing their capabilities and customers in selected international markets.
The RWK Goodman transactional team was led by Corporate Partner Richard Pull with support from Corporate Associates Michelle Waligóra and Omoleye Agboola. Wintertaling provided Netherlands law advice and MDP Belgian law advice. Mazars provided corporate finance support to Northamber.
