RWK Goodman advises on the sale of The Shrubbery Rest Home in Codsall, Wolverhampton

The Shrubbery has a CQC rating of “Good” and 24 fully managed bedrooms equipped with ensuite facilities, catering to the needs of its residents. Representing the sellers, Pam Sahota and Ian Morris, RWK Goodman’s Health and Social Care team ensured the smooth transition of ownership to locally based operators Richard and Lauren Goss.
