RWK Goodman advises on the sale of Banks Sadler Group
Lawyers from RWK Goodman’s Corporate & Commercial team advised the shareholders of international event management agency, Banks Sadler Group Limited, on its sale to American Express Global Business Travel (GBT).
Banks Sadler, which employs around 250 people and has offices in London, York, Windsor, Paris, Dusseldorf and New York, is recognised as one of the leading names in the event management and venue sourcing sector. Following completion of the sale, the company and its staff have become part of the GBT group and will operate as part of American Express Meetings & Events.
John North and Ivelina Morris of RWK Goodman’s Corporate & Commercial team in London advised the shareholders of Banks Sadler on all aspects of the deal.
