RWK Goodman have advised on the acquisition of a Lancashire care home
We have advised Angel Residential Home Ltd on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Lowfield House Limited, as the care provider group embarks on a period of growth and expansion.
Lowfield House is a successful family-owned business operating a specialist 24 bed care home in Lancashire.
Angel Residential Home Ltd is part of the Angel Plus Homes Ltd group, the group is committed to delivering the highest standards of quality care and services, in a homely atmosphere, to people who find themselves in need of long or short term respite care.
