Withy King acts for luxury fashion brand

Withy King’s corporate lawyers in Oxford have acted for luxury fashion brand, Bill Amberg in respect of an assignment of intellectual property to its client, a major international restaurant chain which commissioned Bill Amberg Studio to design a new range of take away packaging.

Richard Baxter, a corporate partner at Withy King in Oxford, acted on behalf of Bill Amberg Studio which negotiated with the major restaurant brand after the packaging designs had been completed.

The negotiations were wholly amicable despite the issue of intellectual property ownership not having been addressed in the original agreements between the parties.
