WITNESS APPEAL: DID YOU WORK AT ICI RUNCORN, ICI ROCK SAVAGE, ICI PILKINGTON SULLIVANS OR ICI CASTER KELLNER BETWEEN 1964 AND 1988?

We are looking for people who worked contracts with:

• FLEMING BROTHERS (STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS) LTD
• SHAPE ENGINERRING
• PETRICON STRUCTURES LTD

Our specialist asbestos claims team has been instructed by the family of the late Terence Burns who has sadly developed and died from asbestos related cancer.

Mr Burns, originally from Widnes, was employed as a steel erector for Fleming Brothers, Shape Engineering and Petricon Structures who all had contracts with ICI.

We are trying to establish how Mr Burns might have come into contact with asbestos at the ICI plants and are interested in speaking with anyone who worked at ICI Runcorn, ICI Rock Savage, ICI Pilkington Sullivans and ICI Caster Kelner between those dates.

Mr Burns’ family are therefore appealing to anyone who worked at the above during this time to come forward to tell us what they remember about the work Mr Burns did at ICI and / or during the work on the above contracts.
