WITNESS APPEAL: Did you work for the Metal Box Company Limited in Perry Wood, Worcester in the 1960s – early 2000s?

Our specialist asbestos claims team has been instructed by the family of the late Mike Darling who has sadly developed and passed away from mesothelioma, an asbestos related cancer.

Mike spent his whole working life working for the Metal Box Company at their Perry Wood site from the 1960s until his retirement in 2008. During his employment the company was known as Metal Box but later changed its name to Crown Packaging UK Limited.

Mr Darling’s family are appealing to anyone who may have worked with Mike, or who worked at the premises and has knowledge of the use of asbestos or disturbance of asbestos in the premises, to come forward to tell us what they remember.
