WITNESS APPEAL: Did you work at or attend Bredbury Comprehensive School between 1969 and 1982?

Our specialist asbestos claims team has been instructed by the family of the late Derrick Pearcy who sadly developed and died from mesothelioma.

We are investigating how Mr Pearcy may have come into contact with asbestos and are interested in speaking with anyone who worked at or attended Bredbury Comprehensive School between 1969 and 1982, during which time Mr Pearcy worked as a teacher of carpentry, technical drawing and metalwork.

Mr Pearcy’s family are therefore appealing to anyone who worked at or attended Bredbury Comprehensive School during this time to come forward to tell us what they remember about the work Mr Pearcy did at Bredbury Comprehensive school, and any building/maintenance work carried out at Bredbury Comprehensive School during this time.
