Adam represents a diverse range of clients across the Construction, Energy and Infrastructure sectors, primarily advising construction professionals, contractors, sub-contractors, and developers. He guides clients from pre-action stages through all phases of litigation, mainly in the High Court (TCC and Business and Property Courts). Additionally, Adam is proficient in Adjudication, Arbitration, Mediation, and other forms of ADR, as well as advocacy.

Adam provides advice on a wide range of construction disputes and dispute avoidance strategies, including defect claims, interim payment applications, delay claims, extensions of time, termination, and final account disputes. He has specialist knowledge in building safety claims and advises on actions arising from the Building Safety Act.

Adam is dedicated to exceptional customer service. His extensive experience, communication skills, and expertise enable him to efficiently assess issues and understand client objectives. He recognizes the importance of being accessible and responsive to his clients’ needs and strives to achieve the best possible outcomes through pragmatic and cost-effective solutions.

In his personal time, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and participating in and watching live sports and music events.

Adam is currently a committee member for the Constructing Excellence South West Bath Club and is regularly involved in both local and wider regional Constructing Excellence South West events and awards ceremonies. Adam is also a member of the Society of Construction Law and Adjudication Society.
