About Anahita:

Anahita is a Paralegal in our Family team based in our London office.

After completing the Bar Course at BPP University, Anahita was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple in 2023.

Whilst reading law at University, Anahita assisted barristers and solicitors as a clerk in private law family proceedings. In 2022, Anahita worked as a care paralegal, specialising in matters of a serious and complex nature, representing parents and children through their Guardians.

Prior to joining RWK Goodman, Anahita worked as a family and divorce paralegal in a London law firm, undertaking work involving all aspects of private family law with particular emphasis on complex financial matters.

Anahita joined RWK Goodman in July 2024 and continues to act as a family and divorce paralegal and in private law children’s proceedings, particularly international relocation and financial remedy matters, with high-net-worth individuals. Anahita also assists and prepares prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Experience:

  • Anahita successfully acted on a relocation case on behalf of a Mother from England to Spain.
  • Anahita assists with TOLATA and matters involving cohabitation.
