About Catherine

Catherine is an experienced corporate lawyer specialising in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, advising on both buy-side and sell-side deals.

She advises a broad range of clients, including founders, entrepreneurs, SMEs, owner-managed businesses and listed companies, on complex acquisitions, disposals and strategic investments across a variety of sectors. Catherine also has significant experience advising on joint ventures, group reorganisations and corporate structuring matters, as well as providing strategic day-to-day corporate governance advice.
