About Catherine:

Catherine is a Partner in our Family team, based out of our Oxford office.

Family Law solicitor and a Resolution accredited specialist, Catherine often advises clients in cases with complex elements with both empathy and a practical solutions-focused approach.

In 2019 was named by eprivateclient as one of the Top 35 under 35 professionals in the private client sector and she features in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.

Catherine advises clients in divorce matters, financial remedy negotiations and in private law Children Act matters, as well as in Pre-Nuptial/Post-Nuptial Agreements.

Catherine’s experience includes:

  • Advising business owners or their spouses through divorce and negotiating appropriate financial settlements.
  • Protecting inherited and family money in pre-nuptial agreements for HNWIs.
  • Acting in financial remedy cases for clients with international assets and lifestyles.
  • Obtaining defined, fair children’s arrangements and achieving travel abroad or relocation to different countries or areas of the UK for separated parents.
  • Advising in children’s arrangements with complex safeguarding aspects and navigating a way towards appropriate, safe contact.
