About Charlotte

Charlotte is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Commercial team, and is primarily based in our Oxford office. She advises clients on a range of commercial matters including the protection, management and exploitation of intellectual property, data protection compliance, various commercial contracts and specialist racing & bloodstock contracts.

Having joined the firm in 2014, Charlotte has developed a broad commercial practice acting for variety of businesses ranging from those in the creative and tech industries to charities and governing bodies. She has particular experience advising on IP and IT matters and data protection compliance.

Charlotte is also part of the firm’s specialist Racing & Bloodstock team and advises jockeys, trainers and other stakeholders from across the industry on a range of matters including regulatory issues, disciplinary and licensing cases and specialist commercial agreements regarding racing and bloodstock. A keen equestrian herself, Charlotte competes in eventing in her spare time.

Charlotte is recommended in the Legal 500 as a Rising Star for Sport related work.
