About Gemma

Gemma is a Solicitor in our City of London Employment team who advises both business and individuals on a variety of employment related matters.

Gemma is an employment solicitor specialising in all aspects of employment law. Gemma frequently advises both employees and employers across a variety of sectors on navigating day-to-day employment issues such as disciplinary and grievance processes. She is well-versed in drafting a variety of bespoke employment documents, such as settlement agreements.

Gemma also has experience in Employment Tribunal litigation, acting for both the Claimant and the Respondent in cases such as unfair dismissal and discrimination.

Gemma qualified and joined the employment team in September 2024 following the completion of her training contract at RWK Goodman. She previously studied law at the University of East Anglia.
