About Nicola
Nikki is a Senior Associate in our Corporate and Commercial team. She is based in our Oxford office and advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
Nikki joined RWK Goodman having specialised in corporate and commercial law throughout her career as a solicitor in Oxford. She deals with a wide range of matters and her experience includes:
- Drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements, with particular experience advising on contracts for software developers and platform providers
- Advising on data protection compliance
- Advising on company re-organisations and restructurings
- Drafting and advising on general company law and equity documents, including shareholders’ agreements and articles of association
