About Rachel

Rachel is an Associate in our Industrial Disease team and is based in our London office.

Rachel graduated from the University of Warwick with a Law Degree. She went on to complete her Legal Practice Course in Guildford. Rachel completed her training contract with BLM and qualified into the Catastrophic Injury team carrying out Defendant based work. Rachel then moved to Irwin Mitchell and worked in the Asbestos Related Disease team there for four and a half years.

Rachel undertakes all types of asbestos related Industrial Disease work including:

  • Mesothelioma claims
  • Lung cancer claims
  • Asbestosis claims
  • Pleural thickening claims
