About Rory
Rory advises on all non-contentious residential real estate transaction areas including acquisitions, disposals, statutory lease extensions and off-plan assignments.
Rory acts for a wide variety of clients including high profile and high net worth individuals, first time buyers, domestic and foreign investors.
He has also acted for developers and purchasers on prime and central London riverside developments. Recent cases include advising on the purchase of a grade I listed castle and scheduled monument and a well-known popstar on acquiring a multi-million pound new build penthouse apartment on the River Thames.
Rory joined Goodman Derrick in February 2021 and previously worked at Howard Kennedy, Joelson and Quastels LLP.
