Simon acts on a full range of corporate transactions, including private and public acquisitions and disposals, private equity investment, joint ventures and corporate restructuring.
Simon has experience of advising clients in a broad range of sectors, such as technology, retail and sport, acting for both buy-side and sell-side clients.
Simon also has extensive experience advising companies and individuals on shareholders’ agreements and general company matters including articles of association and Companies Act 2006 procedural issues and compliance.
