About Stephanie
Stephanie graduated from University of the West of England (UWE) with a degree in law, before completing her legal practice course at the same university. Stephanie joined our Medical Negligence team in autumn 2017, having previously gained experience in a similar role at a well-known Bristol firm.
Stephanie has experience of all areas of medical negligence, and a particular specialism in orthopaedic and dental claims. She advises clients on a variety of medical claims against NHS Trusts, individual GPs, private hospitals, opticians and other medical professionals.
The areas in which Stephanie specialises include (but are not limited to):
- delays in the diagnosis of medical/dental conditions
- failure to reasonably treat a condition or carry out surgery
- mismanagement of prescription or incorrect prescription of medication
- birth injuries
- dental injuries
- orthopaedic injuries.
