About Tim
Tim is a Partner in our Employment & HR team, based in our Bath office.
Tim is an experienced employment lawyer specialising in providing advice and support to HR teams and business owners, particularly in relation to business restructures. His experience ranges from advising facilities management operators on TUPE and other employment aspects of their businesses to assisting directors embarking on significant change and restructuring programmes.
Tim began his legal career training at Wragge & Co where he qualified into the employment law team and worked at the firm’s Birmingham and London offices for six years after qualification. He then went on to set up the employment team at Mogers (now Mogers Drewett) in Bath before living for nearly a year in India, with his wife and two kids. After India Tim worked for BPE Solicitors in Cheltenham for five years before joining RWK Goodman.
Tim's work highlights:
- successfully defended a recruitment business in a complex Agency Workers claim against it by multiple agency workers
- advised a leading gym chain on worker status risk in relation to its personal trainers
- advised a FTSE listed client on a complex TUPE transfer of circa 1,500 staff back into the public sector
