About Amy:

Amy is a Senior Associate and Immigration Specialist within our Employment team

Amy has 9 years’ post qualification experience in personal and business immigration law and nationality law. Amy advises on all aspects of UK immigration law including all categories under the Points-Based System, family immigration laws, EU exit provisions and British nationality law.

Amy has extensive experience of advising in respect of the following:

  • Skilled Worker and GBM Senior and Specialist Worker visa applications;
  • Sponsor Licence applications and ongoing Sponsor compliance (including being appointed as a Level 1 User);
  • GAE Temporary Worker visa applications;
  • Applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain including under the 10 year Long Residence provisions;
  • Applications under the EU Settlement Scheme;
  • Assisting family members of British nationals and settled persons to enter and remain in the UK;
  • Applications for leave to be granted outside of the Immigration Rules and on a discretionary basis;
  • Complex applications to naturalise or register as British on a discretionary basis.

Amy was previously a Legal Director within the Immigration and Employment team at another leading law firm, where she initially joined as an Associate. Prior to this she worked at a niche immigration practice which was consistently ranked in Tier 1 of Legal 500 and in Band 1 of Chambers and Partners UK.
