Lauren is described as providing “excellent, practical and comprehensive advice in what can often seem like an employment law minefield” (Source: client feedback). She has a broad range of experience advising local businesses including defending employment tribunal claims, drafting contracts of employment and senior level service agreements, all aspects of discrimination, business reorganisations and redundancy and TUPE transfers.
Lauren is also particularly experienced in negotiating exit packages for employees and advising on settlement agreements.
Lauren has been listed as an ‘Associate to watch’ in Chambers & Partners for being known by clients for her “excellent understanding of employment law.”
I always ensure that I explain my legal advice to clients in the most comprehensible and understandable way, often providing a step-by-step guide. It is also important to understand my client’s aims and objectives from the outset of any matter in order to put my advice into context for them. Employment law can often prove somewhat of a headache for businesses, and my aim is to remove that pain by providing comprehensive advice in a way that is easy to understand.
